"How To Love A River" by Robert Michael Pyle

“How to Love a River” by Robert Michael Pyle is one of the pieces featured in our current exhibit. Published in Hipfish Monthly in 2005 and featured in Dr. Pyle’s most recent publication, "Through A Green Lens, Fifty Years of Writing for Nature", this moving and powerful piece is sure to stir up feelings of love, caring, and concern for all rivers. Our summer exhibit 'For the Love of the River' brings together artists, authors, and creative community members of all ages uniquely expressing their views of the Lower Columbia Basin. There are photographs, sculptures, poetry, paintings, textiles, and more. This exhibit runs through Labor Day weekend, September 3rd and we are open Thursday - Sunday from 12 noon to 4PM.
